Unable to update program
When I try to update my program to a new program, I receive the message -- the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disc that is not available. I am unable to uninstall the program as I get the same message. How do I update the program when I don't have a CD-ROM or disc?
Also, I find Musescores support program very ineffective. It's a excellent program that I love using except when a program occurs, and then it's nearly impossible to contact someone for support.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how to contact someone at Musescore to help me with this issue? I'm very frustrated.
Point that dialog to the place where you store(d) the previous version (if need be download that first)
Support for MuseScore Studion is done here on musescore.org, and here only. It is free, just like the program itself and run by volunteers. The only way to 'contact support' is by posting here on musescore.org

I have tried that and it doesn't work. It's insisting I use a CD-ROM to either install to update the program or uninstall the program. I didn't use a CD-Rom to install this program originally so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message now. So.....what do I do next? This is where having a technical support team that is easily accessible would be really useful.
