Section break pause

In the manual it says:

Section break properties
The following properties of section breaks are adjustable from the Section break part of the Properties panel:
Pause
To adjust the playback pause after a section break: select the break and edit “Pause before new section starts”.

I can not figure out how to "select the break" to edit the pause.

More importantly, when I insert a "section break" at the end of a movement which has a repeat at the end, there is a pause before the repeat is taken! Between sections it is expected, but not when the repeat is taken.

1) Make sure show formatting is on in view:
showformatting.png

2) Once you have a section break placed on the score, it should show at the end of that system and be selectable:
SectionSelect.png

3) To change the delay property, check properties tab:
sectionDelay.png

You should be able to set that to 0.0s and that shouldn't affect the repeat section anymore ;)
