NEED Help with MIDI hookup

have DX-11 Keyboard MIDI In Connected to MIDI Out of my MIDISPORT 1x1 (USB) and MIDI Out connected to MIDI IN of my MIDISPORT 1x1.
Have JACK 1.9.8_64 parameters loaded as C:\Program Files\Jack\jackd.exe" -R -S -d portaudio -d "ASIO::ASIO4ALL v2"
What is next to get this Midi Going?

What do you want to do ? Inputting notes with your MIDI keyboard or listen to a score with your MIDI keyboard? Both at the same time are not possible.
If you want to input, don't use Jack.
