Need help with a report involving contrabass

1. Open attached score.
2. 'Instruments'.
3. Remove Xylophone, Violins 1, or Viola.
4. 'OK'.

Result: The notes in the contrabass have moved down an octave.

Discussion: I don't know the reason why it's happening. Undo does not revert to the previous state either.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5339) - Mac 10.6.8.
