Title interferes with chord names that are on top treble clef
I cannot adjust the top chord names slightly because the
title gets selected instead of the chord name.
Is there a way to select the chord name when the title is close?

Try: Style/Text.../Chord Symbol
Zoom in more. Or make the title frame bigger or increase it bottom gap, or move the title aside, temporarily. Or select any other chord symbol, right-click, select all similar
