Corrupted Score

The attached score has become corrupted in the last measure as can be seen by the lack of first quavers in voice 2 in both staves of the keyboard part.

The corruption first manifested itself as an extra quaver rest in the lower stave of the keyboard part - as usual I didn't notice it happen so cannot tell you what I did immediately before it appeared.

However in trying my usual fix of inserting a measure and copying and pasting the corrupt bar to the inserted bar, this other corruption occured.
