Constant Crashing
I've tried MuseScore maybe 6 times and it's crashed every time within the first few minutes of using it. I'm using the current 0.9.4 version on an EEE PC 1000HE. I don't think there is any unifying thing I'm doing that's causing the crash. Just locks up randomly and nothing happens. The rest of the computer is not affected but it never comes back to life.
Is there anything I can do? It doesn't seem like this is a common problem from the forums? I really like the program.

If you begin note entry in a selected measure then 0.9.4 crashes. This is an issue that was not discovered until after the release of 0.9.4. Make sure that the measure does not have the blue rectangle highlight around it before you begin note entry. Feel free to try the prereleases (where this bug fixed). Please note that the current prereleases are still under development so they have a few bugs of their own see the regressions page to make an informed decision.
I've' got the same problem.
The only thing I can do, is to keep saving, eache time I finish a bar (!)
I don't see any thing logical in those crashing.
It happens, every 4 or 5 mn, but only if I'm using the program.
The rest of my computer is not affected, I'm using the 0.9.4 version too.
Are we (Paul and me) the only two with this trouble ? ...
Is there any way to prevent those crashing ? ...

The most prominent crash in 0.9.4 is the one I described above. There may be others you encounter frequently depending on the way you use MuseScore. Although they may seem random there is almost always a series of steps that causes the crash.
