Composition wont open on 1.2

I've been working on this composition for like 2 days and I tried to open it back up, but it said that it was a bad file descriptor. Help?

I suspect the first is corrupted as it's only 252 bytes. Rename the backup file (the comma one) by removing the comma and try that.
