Currently, the window title for 'Album...' is 'Album Manager' - perhaps it should be called that?
On balance though, you have 'Parts...' and 'Layers...' to consider. Should those be called 'Part Manager' and 'Layer Manager'?

I'm all fine with Parts and Layers. They are associated with the current score and there are potentially several parts and layers.
I'm also fine with Album (without S) or Album Manager (but it's longer). Album is not associated with the current score, it's an item that should be on even without any score opened.
