Triplets

MS will not tie 2 quarter notes in triplets accross a bar when 1/2 note is selected in the last tic of the 1st bar. It has no such problems when triplets are not involved.

I wasn't able to reproduce this but I'm not sure I understood the directions entirely. Could you share a picture or step by step instructions?

I'll put upa file ;ater when I have time.
Basically there are 2 - 4/4/ bars.
Each bar is divided into 6 - 1/4 note triplet rests.
When trying tpproduce a tie over the bar line, one should be able to insert a halfnote on the last quarter triplet of a bar and it should tie over the bar line, quarter to quarter.
