MusicXML import of Microtones and accidentals (sharp, flat, etc.)

First thanks for your excellent program.

But I do have some problems with MusicXML-files, when I am trying to read some turkish makam files.
(A description of makam music is in this paper: M. Kemal Karaosmanoğlu: (2012). A Turkish makam music symbolic database for music information retrieval: SymbTr. Proc. Int. Society for Music Information Retrieval (ISMIR))

I have made a little MusicXML-file "AccidentalTest.xml" to show the problem about accidentals:

1. In the makam files you may have a sharp note G with <alter>0.9</alter>. However there comes no accidental. (but "<alter>1</alter>" does). The reason must be some calculation from the alter value instead of using the accidental specified. However in Finale the accidental is shown as can be seen on the attached "MusescoreFinale.jpg". In my opinion an accidental like "<accidental>sharp</accidental>" shall override any calculation. I notice that a other accidentals do override the alter-value. Some accidental do - some don't. All accidentals should override the alter-value.

2. Also attached is a file, that Musescore does not like. Error message: "MuseScore.exe has stopped working."
(Actually in Danish: "MuseScore er holdt op med at fungere"). While Finale thinks it is OK - but has other problems..

I will be very glad if you can consider this.
