I need to alter subtitle, copyright info etc. but can't find a way to get page to the very first page

Click the first measure. Add / Frames-> Insert Vertical Frame;
Right-click it-> Add ... ?

You can't go back to the wizard, but you can simply add the text yourself - see the Add / Text submenu, which allows you to enter title, subtitle, etc at any time. If there is no frame for them yet, one will be created for you.
