Slower than 50%
I'm using Muse Score to learn to read music, I like the 'play 1 note when I click on it'
feature, but I'd like to slow the music down to 10 percent like Midi Notate.

You can add slower tempo text to the score
I went create/text/tempo and made Grave 10 beats per minute, on 50 percent that's 5 bpm, just about how fast I play . |P

Another way : To play the score, press F11 to display the play panel. Here you can use the Tempo slider to change the tempo during playback.

I think hike1 was already using the tempo slider but wanted to slow down by more than 50 percent of the original tempo. (The tempo slider goes from 50% to 250%)

Is there any thought being given to expanding this range?

Once you put in a 10 beats per minute time signature, the Play panel tempo can reduce it to 5 bpm or increase it to
25 bpm, same range, be nice to get it up to 100 percent.
