You can have as many grace notes as you want - just keep pressing "/" or double=clicking the desired grace note icon.

I think the term is cadenza, and you can achieve this by right clicking, hitting measure properties, and changing the "actual" measure duration to whatever is required for that cadenza. All the notes that are a part of it can then be made small by clicking them and then clicking the "small" checkbox under "chord".
