Midi controller keyboard oxygen61

hello i have a maudio oxigen61,and i just download the musescore,in the beginning recognice the keyboard but whats not happening nothing(no notes in the paper)also if i push "n" botton,then i try to change something in the settings of the musescore,and now its not even recognice that midi its conect,apears in blank the options of port audio,
what i can do?
