3.0-dev builds sporadically have scores way too big and flipped vertically & horizontally

This happend a few days ago https://musescore.org/en/node/174806 on my self builds on Windows 10 x86-64, but I couldn't reproduce...but happens again occasionally, and I can't reproduce on subsequent executions. Happened just now:

No matter what score I open now...they all look like this. Notice I had to zoom way out just to have that text visible.
