Issues with the Mixer
Recently, when I arranged a jazz song, and uploaded it on the Musescore Page, the audio recording/playback did not go as expected: the kazoos had piano voices (despite them having "ooh voices" in the mixer), and finger snaps had piano voices, when according to the mixer, they should have not had. What seems to be the cause of this?

Hard to say without more information. When asking for help, it is best to attach the score you are having problems with.
In this case, I would guess maybe you are using a soundfont other than the default and have used the Mixer to change sounds around. musescore.com only supports the default soundfont.
