Can I Put a Note in Staff Text? PLEASE HELP!

Hey, guys. Is there a way I can insert a note into a staff or system text? I want to have a special notehead (snare shell) and have it say "(shell notehead) = shell" above the measure. Is this at all possible? I've tried several times, but nothing has worked. I tried typing "z" to view the text editor and looked up "noteheads", "shell", and "snare" into the search bar. Right now I just have "/ = shell" because the shell notehead looks like a slash. But I want to make it an actual note in the text.
