Strings Crash
I'm using Windows Vista, running Musescore 0.95 R1860:1861
1. Start a new score from scratch
2. Add piccolo and flute (or ANY TWO instruments, they all seem to work to cause the crash)
3. Add Violins1, Violins2, Violas, Violincellos, and Contrabasses
4. Choose ANY of the Key signature, Time signature, and Score length options (or just click through the defaults)
5. BANG! Get a message box that says the application has requested termination in an unusual way.
This also happens if I add the stringed instruments first, and THEN any two others.
This was also happening at least as far back as R1833, but I didn't experiment with it enough to determine a simple re-produceable "make it crash" sequence.

I encountered this yesterday but I didn't get a chance to write it up until today. Here's the bug report: http://musescore.org/en/node/1827
