Note Input/Separating Notes
I'm trying to input notes from a midi piano onto both the treble and bass clef. Is there a way to break notes apart so that one chord/set of notes would be written on the bass or treble clef and then the other notes could be moved to the other clef?
Currently all the notes are being written on one or the other. I've seen where you can select and move notes from the treble to the bass clef and vice versa but that still moves all the notes that I've input for that particular beat.
Attached is a picture if it helps. Currently all the notes are written on the bass clef but I'd like to be able to split them between the treble and bass clefs.

You can only enter notes on one staff at a time, but you can split the staff into two afterwards, with the notes separating around your choice of split point, by right-clicking an empty space on the treble staff and choosing "Split Staff..."
