double pages

I don't know what I did but there are two copies of the song on the screen and the one on the right slides under a grey part of the screen next to the copy on the left.
How do I get rid of the duplicate? And how do i get back to the beginning of the one on the left when I have finished writing one of the parts without going out of the program and then back in?
