run time error when using keyboard to type in notes

HI,

I' m using muse score on windows 2000 sp4; It works OK but I cannot use the keyboard (A, B , c etc letters) to type notes. It crashes (run time error). I have to type note with the mouse which is fine but a bit tedious. Should I do something with the run type library or else?

MuseScore is not officially supported on Windows 2000 or earlier so there may be lots of these types of bugs. MuseScore does not have any developers using Windows 2000, if you know anyone that is able to contribute in this way (or you are able to help write code yourself) feel free to submit bug fixes. MuseScore is entirely open source.
