JACK with MuseScore 1.2

No problems whatsoever with linux Musescore 1.2 except for a multithreading error but this is unrelated to JACK and looks like some Qt4 bug.

[xcb] Unknown request in queue while dequeuing
[xcb] Most likely this is a multi-threaded client and XInitThreads has not been called
[xcb] Aborting, sorry about that.
mscore.real: ../../src/xcb_io.c:178: dequeue_pending_request: Assertion `!xcb_xlib_unknown_req_in_deq' failed.

I look in preferences for musescore 1.2 in Windows 7 and there is no option for JACK, just ASIO and JackRouter which is sort of the same, but MuseScore isn't detected as client in JACK server's GUI application.
I have installed JACK server on windows and am wondering is the option removed from 1.2?

After reading what I just typed....
Of course it has JACK support, why else would the preferences dialog have: USE JACK SERVER OR JACK OUTPUT.
It just turns out that JACK & PortAudio server was crashing thus not running and of course Jack Control isn't going to list
musescore as an option because of that. So the problem was a bugged out JACK server, fixed it up and now I can plug in a synth or software alternative and compose that way.

As for the xlib bug, I might just compile musescore from source and see what the f is up with that.
