Are you referring to the stems? Press "X" to flip the direction of stems. "X" is also the shortcut to flip the position of other items, like triplet brackets, articulations, etc.
However, if the reason you want the stem up is because you intend to enter music in a separate voice below, there is no need for you to flip the stems manually - they will do so automatically as soon as you enter something into voice 2.
