Blue Flags

My first time and I started a composition which has a blue flag at the beginning and then again at the 32nd measure. I want to add measures within the blue flags but they extend to the the 33rd measure and beyond so everything I write from the second blue flag on doesn't play because it keeps flipping back to the first measure. How do I delete the blue flags?
