from your last file (why did you attach the file whose name ends with a comma ? that’s a temp file)
select 1st note of 2d triplet
in palette>beams select the 1st symbol («beam start») and dblclick it

the detailed modus operandi is given above
so I try another explanation
The «sub-triplets» are not beam connected. That is just an optical illusion.
Click the 1st note and flip the vertical hamp (last icon of notation bar) You see that there is in fact 2 voices.
If you click then CTRL click the 1st, 4th and last note of the sextuplet you can up/down the 1st voice.
