QT install failure
Just been trying to install QT 4.8 to get a MuseScore Development environment going but the install crashed with the following error:
Anyone any ideas??

Are you installing with debugging? Did you uncheck everything you didn't need (from the Musescore Compiling for Windows page)? I certainly don't have Madde installed under my QtSDK directory.

As the quoted Qt-project page says, you are also installing support for Nokia n90; unless you really need it (for other projects, not for MuseScore of course), you may safely uncheck everything related to mobile dev, while setting up.
I strongly advise to install debuggin versions of the libraries (I am not even sure you can uncheck them), as they will greatly simplify debugging.
If you get through, I would like to know where you downloaded the Qt SDK from. Digia or Qt-project? And which of the several Qt-project downloads?

Hmm I thought I had everything checked as in the instructions in the Developer Handbook - it looks as though I may have inadvertently left stuff checked.
I'll try again tomorrow.
The installer was downloaded from the source given in the Developer Handbook. It was then downloading files from Nokia.
Will let you know more when I've sussed it out.
