Help, moving the bar

Hey i got a problem. I found out after i was done with the sheet that a important part where gone.
and i want to add a clean bar between 2 bars who already a fild with notes, so i can add the missing part.
but the problem i dont know how i'm going to do this. the only way i know its to delete 50% of my sheet do do this.

is it a fast command to just move the whole bar one to the right, or add a new clean bar between to others?
if you dont what i ask for, let me send you an exempal who explains better :)
