Drumset

Currently, we have '3-line drumset', and '5-line drumset' in MuseScore.

However, I wonder if we should drop '3-line drumset' for balance, because published scores I have also feature '1-line drumset' and '2-line drumset'.

If users don't need 5 lines, they could perhaps adjust the number in 'Stave Properties'.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (8555492) - Mac 10.7.5.

I've already taken the decision to remove it in the new Instruments.xml partly for MusicXML 3.0 compatibility, and partly because modern drumkit notation appears to be always on 5 lines - a Google search on the subject threw up no examples of 3 line notation on the first page, which is a good enought reason for dumping it in my book.
