It's not really clear what you are assking here. Are you trying to write a plugin, and are getting these errors when you try to run it? If so, then posting the code you are having trouble with to the Plugins forum would be allow others to help you.
If you are trying to use a plugin created by someone else, it sounds like they have a number of programming errors in their code, and you should contact whomever provided you with the plugin to let them know - ideally with more detailed information like what you were trying to do.

It's still not clear what you mean. Are you trying to write a plugin? If so, simply delete the file you created. If you installed a plugin written by someone else and now it is producing errors, that's still something you should report to who ever provided the plugin. Uninstalling it should be a matter of navigating to the plugins folder inder whever you installed MuseScore, find the file, and deleting it, the restarting MuseScore. Or if you mean something else, p,ease provide more information about what plugin you were trying to run and what you were doing when the error occured.
