key signature

This is the first time that I have tried to change a key signature in MuseScore. It does not work as described. I downloaded a score where I wanted to change key signature on all three staves of a song. (Before getting the score today, I updated to the new version (2.1.0) of MuseScore, so maybe I have found a new bug.)

Signature is Ab (4 flats). If I drag Eb (3 flats) onto the existing signature it changes to Eb only for the voice part. The two staves for piano change to Db (5 flats). Same result if I click on the existing Ab signature and double-click the new Eb, or if I delete the existing signature before introducing the new.

(The song is "Amarilli, mia bella" posted 3 years ago. {There is another version posted 2 years ago for instruments, not for voice.} There is a peculiarity in this score, as the signature is repeated in the 5th measure of the voice part, but not in piano parts. Deleting that superfluous signature does not change the problem.)

I found it here https://musescore.com/user/97024/scores/157887

As I suspected when I first saw the post. The piano was transposed by the composer. If you look at the staff properties you will see that the piano is transposed up a major second. Not knowing that he had transposed the piano (apparently), he fixed the key signature to make it look like it was the same key. I don't know why the composer repeated the key signature in the voice only in measure 5, it serves no functional purpose.

The piano was also transposed in the version from 2 years ago.
