fine ist ignored

When using D.S. al fine the fine is ignored by the playback. V1.2 on XP.

I need the form:
Intro - Chorus - Vers A - Chorus - Vers B (different from Vers A) - Chorus
(I-A-B-A-C-A)

I wrote it like this:
Intro - Chorus - Vers 1 - Vers 2
(I-A-B-C)
Verses are with Voltas. Vers 1 repeats to Chorus. Vers 2 with D.S. al fine at the end, D.S is at the beginning, fine at the End of the Chorus.

It just ignores the fine and jumps to Vers 2 again and stops at the end of Vers 2. I already checked the jumping Adresses, they seem to be right.

Is the bug in me or in the program?
