The 'Online Handbook' and 'Getting Started' may be more frequently used than 'About MuseScore', 'About QT', 'About MusicXML'.
So... using Shoichi's idea...

There are standards for the labeling and ordering of menu items, but of course they differ between OS's, so that isn't necessarily the final word. But FWIW, here is Microsoft's: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn742392.aspx. Search for "Standard menus" to find their specific recommendations. It has "MuseScore help" top, then About. There is at least some value in sticking with familiar ordering where possible.

In top of that, (as maybe other translators) I would want the handbook localized page to follow OS localization, when I call Help or hint [F1].

Selected language
System -> Handbook (English)
Italian -> Manuale (Italian)
Deutsch -> Handbuch (Deutsch)
