Upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3 won't run.
I get this when I try to upgrade: error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files(x86)\MuseScore\bin\QtCore4.dll.
Windows 7, 64bit

Most likely MuseScore was still running when you tried to update it. Close it first and then run the exe.
