Increasing Volume of Individual Clef
I am making a piano composition with the grand staff and the bass clef is overpowering the treble clef melody and I don't know where to find a feature that can program the treble to be louder than the bass. So if there isn't, I highly recommend you make that a feature, and if there is, sorry in advance for my misunderstanding and could you please help me on how to find it.

You can assign dynamics to each staff. Enter the dynamic (or decrescendo...) and look at it in the inspector. Change Dynamic range from "part'" to "staff".
The other way is to make 2 instruments with one staff each (one bass and on treble). That will allow you to use the mixer to turn down the volume on one and not the other.
