Rest position on one and three line staff.

Bar rests are positioned wrong on one and three line staves. This is because the bar rest is normally placed on the fourth line. But in the case of one and three lines, there is no fourth line. In the case of two lines, the only two lines there are is lines #2 and #4, so that's all well and good. But in the case of one and three lines, the rest is above the middle line where the fourth line would normally be. See attached screenshot. Also, because the rest is inside the staff area, it does not have the line on top, but it is just a box (because normally the fourth line would be the line on top). See attached screenshot.

I am runny Ubuntu 9.04, and Musescore 0.4.9.
