Midi import

I have a midi file that I'm trying to import into musescore because I don't like my other music composition program. The problem though is whenever i import it the key signature changes making any flat note sharp. As a low brass player it takes longer to read flats than sharps so is there anyway I can change the song back to its original key whiles changing all the sharps to flats?
