[closed] Sound problem

Hello,

I recently downloaded MuseScore 2.1 and have found that no sound comes out when I press the play button. I tried doing what all the forums said (resetting to factory mode, reinstalling, etc.) but nothing seems to work. I checked the synthesizer for sound fonts, and the only thing that appears is "FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3." Is there any way to resolve this issue, as I know there are many other people who are experiencing the same problem? Could I possible download all of the soundfonts or...?
