MS 2.1 Tenor Drums

It appears that the highest and lowest hits on the tenor drums don't have a sound assigned to them, but the three in between do. Could this be an issue in the soundfont? Is it something I can fix?

I'm attaching my current project, which contains a bracketed portion in the tenor part in measures 37 and 38
