Dotted straight line (for melody transfer/swap) for voices
I'm looking the straight dotted line symbol. In a cappella charts it denotes when the melody changes to a different part or clef so the melody can be followed throughout. Where is that symbol?

or simply the one that indicates the "thematic notes", to highlight, in the polyphony
Assuming you mean the latter, then the Lines palette, add a normal line, then right click it and use Line Properties to make it dotted.

for a non-horizontal line add a slur ;-)

Actually, it's easier to add non-horizontal lines as lines. They'll be placed as horizontal initially, but then you can double click and drag the handle on the right to change the angle. Slurs are needed for line that curves, though.
