Norwegian handbook top level name
The top level of the handbook in Norwegian is presently named "manuell". This is a correct translation of the word "manual" in the sense of "manual labour" or "doing it manually". However, a manual as in "handbook" or "instructions" would be better translated as "håndbok" or "manual" in Norwegian. Probably the latter is better suited to a non-unicode URL.

Nevermind, I found the top level page through the breadcrumb menu, and was able to translate it myself.
In reply to Nevermind, I found the top by perholje
I switched manuell to håndbok a couple of hours ago. The url's will be changed as well.
Tip: you can see what pages still need to be translated on the translator assignments page.
