Measure width

In the attached example, you will see that I have placed a Line Break at the end of measure 14. I need this to maintain the rythym of the song. This leaves two measures on this line, when the rest of my score is 4 measures per line. What I would like to do is make this line span half the page width. This would give me a quick visual cue that this is only two measures. Is there any way to do that?
