Pack Nightly Program into 2 Packages
To save bandwidth, download time why don't we Pack Nightly Program into 2 Packages (For WIN OS):
1. Pack # 1 for QT files, all Qt dlls into 1 package (DLL Files that's no change since xxx.)
2. Pack #2 for current dll and changed files relate to current revision

For several reasons:
* it's a pain to maintain as the co maintainer of Windows and Mac OSX nightlies, I can tell that it takes a lot of effort to make sure that the process is working... Having two files would make the process even more painful to maintain.
* Consistency. The release will be packaged in the same way. And we would end up having bug reports because users are not using the same Qt that the one that was linked because they didn't read etc...
* Easy for users. Most of the users are just trying a couple nightlies and not every nightlies.
* Bandwith. I don't have numbers (yet) of how much bandwith the nightlies are taking on the server, but it's probably just some 10s GB per month.
