Pick-up or full measure in MIDI
In the attached mscz (produced in 1.3), the first bar has a 3/4 time signature.
In the attached MIDI (also produced in 1.3), the first bar is processed as a pick-up measure.
For the MIDI import process, I think it might be a good idea to add a track operation that processes the first measure as being a full one.
What do others think?
