Last Bar Crash

I have made a score from scratch on Musescore.
I copy and paste the chorus on to the end section.
The last bar is a series of 8 quavers.
I turn the last 4 quavers into a minim rest.
I go to change the pitch of the 4th quaver and it crashes.
It has happened lots of times.
Any idea why?

would be to post the score, so someone could actually try it themselves.
Having said that, you may want to copy/paste all but the last bar, then enter it manually - the 4 quavers (with pitch changed on the 4th) and the minim rest.
