50% discount with PRO+ membership was not applied.

• Dec 20, 2024 - 18:23

I have PRO+ membership and I expected to get 50% discount as advertised, but no discount was applied during purchase, but immediately after Download press, withdrawn the 100% amound.

Just to be clear, with another browser, without logged in to my PRO+ account, I made the screenshot. Exactly the same amount 8,99CHF was withdrawn from my card and PRO+ membership discount was not applied.
What's going on here?!

I searched for support (there, or here <- there -> ... sorry, but) the links https://help.musescore.com/en/articles/8535979-how-do-i-contact-musesco…
at the end clearly sent me to https://musescore.org/en/forum and now here I get instruction that there are two unrelated sites or things.
Very interesting... Whom should I believe? If I believe the original post which sends me here, and here I am still logged in with the same user!!! Therefore I don't think that the two things are unrelated because the user authentication system is owned by the same entity.
I feel a bit gaslighted, sending like ping-pong from one site to another and where there is a serious issue, who is in charge.
I have a feeling that I have to work more search more relevant legal third party authority who can have a clue how to deal with such things.

From this link https://musescore.org/en/node/277874

"musescore.com is the site for posting, sharing, downloading, and discussing MuseScore scores; It is also for discussing the mobile apps (for iOS, Android, Fire OS). You can also import music PDFs, and send scores to YouTube. It is here where you can have a "Pro" (paid) or limited "free" account.
(.com is the top level domain for commercial sites)"

The site you are posting on is a forum on musescore.org which, again from that link "is the site for questions about the MuseScore editor software itself, the free, open source desktop software (Windows, Mac, Linux...) and its support and documentation.
(.org is the top level domain for non-profit organizations)"

No one here on this site musescore.org, where fellow users provide help in working with the Musescore Studio notation editor, can help you other than by offering sympathy. You have to contact someone at musescore.com, presumably via their chatbot, to stand any chance of getting your problem resolved
