13/16 notes grouping

Hi. I need to make score in 13/16 like 13-16_0.JPG, 13-16_0.JPG
but if enter notes in usual way I get
13-16_1.JPG
If I use beam properties or quadruplets I get
13-16_2.JPG

But how to make first variant ?!
Same question for 11/16 and so on.
