Is the Upload feature currently down?

I've been trying to upload my most recent score but it just keeps failing on me. It first stays in 'processing' status for a long time 20+ minutes and it never finishes. And if I refresh my page or go to my scores section, it says that the upload failed.

I've never had this problem before (I've uploaded quite a few pieces before).
Can you advise or provide some feedback, please?
