Some words are still in english

- Select any language

- Right clicking with mouse on an object of the score open a dialog box with menu to edit that objet, some of the menu text are still in english.

- Tested with Vista FR SP2 + R1987-0.9.5-RC2

1) Dynamic : Menu item "Midi properties..." and "Text properties..." should be translated.
2) Tempo : Menu item "Tempo properties..." should be translated.
3) Text : Menu item "Text properties..." should be translated.
4) Articulation : Menu item "Articulation properties..." should be translated.

Benice report is not related I think. I will open another bug for it.
Regarding the strings not displayed, Werner commited the fix for the ones in the bug report in r1992.
I added Image properties, Staff text, line properties, and glissando in r1995.
