no playback sound in version 2.1
There is no playback sound, but I know my speakers are working. I've tried all the suggested fixes from other threads with no results. Re-downloading does nothing, and I've been unable to download version 2.0.3

What OS? You tried Help / Revert to Factory Settings? What soundfont(s) do you see in View / Synthesizer, and what settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O?

I tried reverting to factory settings, but that didn't fix the problem
soundfont: FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3
settings: core audio, built in output
There seems to be for some users (not for all) problems with MuseScore 2.1 and MacOS, not sure what it occurs.
Try to install 2.0.3 again, if the playback error still exist:

Thank you, I was able to install 2.0.3 thanks to the link and everything is working fine now
